Cakes and Groom's Cakes that you and your guests
will love.

information below will help you select the right
cake for your wedding or special event. Our Confectionery
Department will custom design a spectacular wedding
cake or you may select one of our beautiful signature
cakes (see wedding cake designs). If you
are keeping with tradition and serving the top tier
to the bride and groom, please remember not to include
the top tier when calculating the number of servings
required.

Our
most popular cake base is the
(white)vanilla sponge, chocolate, lemon,
coffee and carrot cake. We decorate
each cake using butter cream icing and
can add white rolled fondant for a beautiful
pearl finish, if you wish.
